  1. John, you were always an amazing human as you gave me and my son the most amazing man in our lives, Michael. He has been a completely selfless friend and father figure to my son Oliver.
    You are an amazing trouper to have succeeded to what was ahead and how you needed to deal with it!
    As you leave this world, I hope you knew how much you were loved & we celebrate you and hope you enjoyed Ollie’s pictures whilst you were staring at the walls of hospital.
