It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Marie Therese Rhodes.
A devoted Wife to Colin (Pablo, deceased) and Mother, Marie is survived by her nine children:
Tony, Terry, Christine, Kathleen, Michelle, Margaret, Bernadette, Pauline and Brian, together with
her Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, extended family, and many friends who will miss her dearly.
Marie will be remembered for her love, strength, kindness, and unwavering dedication to her family and leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience and cherished memories.

Get directionsRequiem Mass for the Repose of the Soul of Mrs Marie Therese Rhodes will be offered at St Joseph’s Catholic Church, Arundel Street, Benalla on Friday 11th September, 2026 commencing at 11.00 am.
The Funeral will leave at the conclusion of Mass for Burial at the Winton General Cemetery.

RIP Auntie Marie, I have many memories of staying with your family on school holidays. It never mattered to you how many kids were in your home. I remember you staying with us when you visited Christine in hospital as well.
You are going to missed by your family and friends. I can’t come to the funeral today due to my husband’s health issues but I will be watching the live stream from the hospital. I will be thinking of you all today.
