The Feehan Chapel
The Feehan Chapel is a contemporary, light-filled space designed to support families with dignity, calm and flexibility. Thoughtfully appointed and technologically supported, the chapel provides a setting that allows services to unfold respectfully, without distraction or pressure. Seating up to 260 people, the chapel can be seamlessly opened into the adjoining function room to accommodate larger services, extending capacity while maintaining a unified and comfortable environment.
The chapel is suitable for services of all denominations, cultural traditions and non-religious ceremonies. Clear acoustics, discreet audio-visual support and hearing loop connectivity ensure that spoken tributes, music and reflection can be shared inclusively by all in attendance. At the front of the chapel sits a custom-made catafalque, designed specifically for the space, allowing the focus to remain on the life being honoured.
Function Room, Bar & Beer Garden
Our spacious function room provides a welcoming and relaxed environment for families and friends to gather following a service. The room has been designed to allow guests to move comfortably, connect with one another, and reflect at their own pace.
Multiple display screens are positioned throughout the space and are commonly used to continue the photo tribute during the wake, allowing people to spend time viewing images and memories of their loved one in a more informal setting. A dedicated table is often arranged to display photographs, flowers and personal items, giving guests the opportunity to pause and reflect more closely on the life being remembered.
The adjoining bar area offers refreshments in a comfortable setting, with ample seating available throughout the room. At the family’s request, a personalised music playlist can be played during the gathering, helping to create an atmosphere that feels familiar and fitting.
Opening directly from the function room is our outdoor beer garden and portico area. This generous outdoor space provides additional seating and room to gather, offering guests the option to step outside for fresh air, a quiet conversation, or a drink in a more open setting. When weather permits, the area can be used to accommodate larger gatherings, including the option to install marquees, allowing services and wakes to naturally extend outdoors.
A small foyer area is located nearby, providing a quiet space to step aside briefly before departing, as well as access to amenities.
Commercial Kitchen
Our funeral home includes a fully equipped commercial kitchen designed to support catering for services, wakes and private gatherings held on site.
The kitchen allows for the efficient preparation and service of refreshments, whether arranged through external caterers or trusted local providers. Its location adjoining the function room ensures catering can be managed discreetly, without disrupting the flow of the gathering.
This space provides practical support for families wishing to offer refreshments to guests, while maintaining the calm and respectful atmosphere of the funeral home.
Arrangement & Meeting Room
Our funeral home includes private arrangement and meeting rooms where families can sit together and discuss arrangements in a quiet, comfortable setting.
These rooms are designed to provide privacy and time, allowing conversations to take place without interruption or pressure. They offer a calm environment for families to ask questions, consider options and make decisions at their own pace, supported by an experienced funeral director.
