NJ Todd Funeral Directors has a formal Complaints Handling Procedure in place.
If you wish to raise a concern or make a complaint regarding the service provided to you or your family, we ask that the details be provided in writing so the matter can be reviewed appropriately.

Correspondence may be mailed, delivered to our business location during office hours (9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday), or emailed to njtodd@njtodd.com.au.
Upon receipt of a written complaint, we will endeavour to contact the writer within 24 hours and advise an expected timeframe for reviewing the matter. We will then report back on the outcome of our review, with the aim of reaching a fair and mutually satisfactory resolution within a reasonable period.
