Passed away peacefully at Estia Health on 27th August in Benalla, aged 77 years.
Much loved husband of Lyn (married 54 years) cherished father to Francine, Adam, and Ben, and father in law to Louisa and Felicity, adored Pa of Grace, Adele, Poppy, Harriet and Molly.
Son of Pat and Carmel Tanner (both dec). Brother to Patricia, Michael, David (dec), Berna, Claire and Gerard (dec).
Treasured memories of a wonderful man who loved life and all those around him. He will live on in our hearts forever.

Get directionsRequiem Mass for the Repose of the Soul of Mr Peter Francis Tanner will be offered at St Joseph’s Catholic Church, Arundel Street, Benalla on Thursday 3rd September, 2026 commencing at 11.00 am.
The Funeral will leave at the conclusion of Mass for Burial at the Benalla Lawn Cemetery.
